Ingredients
- 2/3 cup dry rolled oats
- 1 1/3 cups water or beef broth
- 5 oz 96/4 lean ground beef

- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
In a small saucepan, bring the water or beef broth to a boil. Stir in the rolled oats, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until creamy. While the oats cook, heat a separate non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain any excess fat.
