High-Protein Tuna And White Bean Salad Wrap
A creamy, no-cook tuna salad wrap that gets a major protein and fiber boost from mashed white beans, all wrapped in a soft whole wheat tortilla.
Ingredients
- 1 5 oz can Canned tuna in water, drained
- 1/2 cup Canned cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 tbsp Plain Greek yogurt
- 1 Large whole wheat tortilla
- 1 stalk Celery, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions
In a medium bowl, add the rinsed cannellini beans and mash them lightly with a fork until they are partially broken down. Add the drained tuna, Greek yogurt, chopped celery, red onion, and Dijon mustard to the bowl. Mix everything together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to your taste. Spoon the tuna and bean salad onto the center of the whole wheat tortilla, then roll it up tightly. Slice in half and serve.
